Plinto

Press Release Store

Plinto was born during the pandemic as a result of the vision of herbs growing freely throughout the city. This made us learn to enjoy the details and appreciate the little things.

It is a project that was carried out to exalt something as insignificant as a weed. It initially emerged as a Christmas gift, posing a challenge, especially in terms of assembly, as it had to be something of a size and weight suitable for shipping.
With that challenge overcome and the product well-received, we decided to launch it.

The concept of packaging, which is of great importance in this project, is part of the ritual of searching for the herb, taking out the book from the library to find the most suitable plint until the herb is lost, the plint is stored, and it is taken out again the following summer. The idea of permanence takes center stage in this project.

Plinto represents form, versatility, and nature. This collection of pedestals balances the stoicism of brushed brass with the functionality of the cylinder, elevating nature’s simple flora into unique and compelling micro landscapes.
